Abstract & Paper Submission
Submit all abstracts and papers to baliconference@usm.my
Submitted abstracts / papers will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technicality and/or research content/depth, correctness, and relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability.
Guidelines for full paper submission
| 1 | Paper must not be more than 5000 words. |
| 2 | The title should contain not more than 10 words. |
| 3 | There must be an abstract of between 200 and 300 words. |
| 4 | All photographs, maps and graphs must be in TIFF format and not be less than 300 dpi . |
| 5 | All tables, graphs and line drawings should be in rich text form or .doc format using Word, Power Point or Excel original programs. Please only use grey scales (no colour). |
| 6 | All illustrations and tables must be stored on a separate file to the text. Locate any illustration by placing a figure number in the text. |
| 7 | The manuscript must have a maximum of five keywords following the abstract |
| 8 | The English must be of a high standard. |
Kindly submit the full paper in given templete together with separate attachment of graphic documents (tables, graph, diagram etc.) for editing purposes.
All papers will be published in Matec proceedings indexed by ISI Thomson Reuters. Selected papers will be proceeded for publication in selected SCOPUS indexed journals and book chapters (subject to amendments and additional fees).
Presenters may present papers without having their papers published in the conference proceeding.
All papers should be sent electronically in MS Word-compatible file format to the ICLBE 2016 via the conference email at baliconference@usm.my or directly to the conference chair at eieydda@usm.my. We take all the effort to acknowledge all submissions within 24 hours. Authors are responsible in proof reading their own papers. The conference secretariat is not responsible for any editing work for the paper. Papers with extensive errors (grammar and spelling) will be returned back to authors without review.
Articles previously published, under consideration by another conference or journals, and with pre-existing copyright may not be submitted for review and consideration.

Late Paper Submission
Authors are advised to submit their camera ready paper by 3rd October 2016. Papers submitted after 3rd October 2016 may not be included in the conference proceedings.
